The interior of the villa has 3 bedrooms, the main bedroom has a double bed and an on suite bathroom, it also leads onto a stunning sun room with 2 sofas and wifi connection where you can relax and enjoy the view. The second bedroom has one double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. There is also a shower room with toilet.All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Outside the villa opposite the pool there is a self contained casita with one bedroom 2 single beds and a toilet. Outside the casita around the pool there are 2 showers with hot and cold running water. The kitchen is fully equiped with dishwasher washing machine, microwave, and everything you will need to self cater , off the kitchen is a large dining table and chairs. The lounge has a sofa and 3 armchairs tv with full uk satalite tv package.The villa has secure parking as well for 2 cars.

Outside the villa there is a stunning swimming pool with 8 sunbeds, and chairs, there is a covered naya area for relaxing in the shade , there are tables outside and a barbq for those days when you just want to stay round the pool all day and enjoy the wonderful sea view.

On arrival at the villa we provide a small welcome welcome pack, if you require anything specfic please just ask. We can provide rental of any baby equipment, buggys cots etc..we also hire beach towels at 3 euro per week.We are available during your stay if you have any problems, we speak English and Spanish.
Conditions
At Casa Rosey we do not allow smoking only outside, no animals allowed,the property is suitable for children of all ages and elderly although there are a few steps into the property. A 200 euro deposit is required for any breakages, this will be returned within 2 weeks of your return home, On booking the property 25% of the full payment is required as a deposit and full payment 6 weeks before departure.
