Campoverde

The beautiful Spanish village of Pinar de Campoverde is a place the Spanish tried to keep to themselves. Set in the landscape of pine trees and orange and lemon groves the village is surrounded by a natural park with lovely views to the sea and Mar Menor.

This Spanish village has a thriving community with many local clubs and activities. The population consists of many nationalities living and working together. The crime levels are almost non existent probably due to a good neighbourhood watch scheme and our own local police station. The village is well supported by the local town hall and is kept very clean and beautifully maintained.

Campoverde has both private and public medical centres, a dental surgery and veterinary.   There are a good selection of bars, restaurants, shops, banks, chemists, newsagents and supermarkets.

The many blue flag golden beaches and marinas are only 15 minutes drive away. Other local activities include a municipal swimming pool, horse riding, tennis and walking in the natural park. Lo Romero golf course is only 2km away with other great courses within a 30 minute drive.  

The village has good road access and a regular bus service to the local town and beach of Pilar de la Horadada . Muricia/San Javier and Alicante airport are only a 20 & 70 minute drive away respectively.
