5. We provide an English surveyor, who can also manage any building projects for you.
   
6. We can manage your property for you in your absence.
7. We can provide an English speaking Spanish architect should you want one.
8. We have established Spanish builders who work with us and can provide all of the experienced tradesmen necessary, no matter whether the job is large or small.
